We get it - plans change. You can cancel up to 48 hours before check-in without any fees. After that, we'll need to charge for one night. During peak seasons and holidays, we sometimes need a bit more notice, but we'll always let you know upfront when you book.

Absolutely! We're pet-friendly and love having furry guests. There's a small daily fee of $35 per pet, and we'll set up everything they need - comfy bed, bowls, treats. Just give us a heads-up when booking so we can prep their welcome kit.

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out's at 11:00 AM. Need to arrive earlier or leave later? Just ask - we'll do our best to make it work. If your room's ready when you show up early, we'll get you settled right away.

Valet parking is $45 per night with in-and-out privileges all day. It's Vancouver, so street parking's pretty tough to find - trust us, the valet's worth it. We'll keep your car safe and bring it around whenever you need it.

Yeah, we've got an awesome fine dining restaurant and wine cellar right here. Breakfast runs from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, dinner service starts at 5:30 PM. Our chef's pretty amazing - local ingredients, seasonal menus, the whole deal. Room service is available too if you'd rather stay cozy.

High-speed WiFi throughout the whole property, totally free. Whether you're streaming, video calling, or just scrolling, you'll have solid connection. Business center's available 24/7 too if you need to print stuff or use a desktop.
